I think Chrysler needs to pull support of Jeep products from Jeff Wyler in Springfield OH. I called about 7/10/2019 for an appointment the receptionist said they no longer took test drives to analyze problems. I said ok and proceed to make appointment Tues 7/16/2019 9:00. The counter person said they could not promise to analyze it before I needed it by eleven and I set up new appointment for today 7/18/2019 for 8:15. Fully expecting to wait for it I brought a book and the gentlemen said no they would take me home I said I was ready to wait and he explained they put all the vehicles in a group and do them as they can. I was thinking then why make appointments but held my tongue.

Drove with two others and chatted the driver was great and went home to wait. At 4:15 called and the operator tried to get me someone with the Jeep as it showed in his system as in process. Finally put me in Lances voice mail. Lance tried to call me near five thirty but went to our voice mail and I called him back till I got him. With one time being hung up on when I asked for the service manager then new car manager. Lance was finally gotten by my next call and he proceeds to tell me there MAY BE a suspension problem they need to keep it over night as they can't tell which side is involved I checked on hub bearings and they are center of cars so one lie. Then I say put it back together, the counter man this morning said it was probably needing tuned up and flushed or de-something which I agreed as that could be it. Second lie.

Told him to send the courtesy vehicle and ready mine. I had an appointment and your telling me you have been so busy and Lance had a guy stop just before doing mine that took two hours; just cements the you-could-care-less-about-an elderly woman in handicap vehicle that worries for a safety issue driving husband and two year old grandson to appointments. So the nice gentleman shows we spoke about the weather and he said yeah went to the service guys and asked after your vehicle and they weren't done yet. I told him I knew this morning not to leave the service area as I was a woman they could do any BS to and they tend to forget. He said ah he hoped that wasn't true and I said I wish it weren't but....here is proof why women hate to go to dealerships for service. They think we have all the time in the world to wait and I see his log book and all those this morning he commuted was done which again does prove little to no regard for ladies.

Then I go to pick up and the counter man is all that will come out everyone else vanishes. No supervisor contact and he uses my worries of safety voiced this morning to try again. We think it is a hub bearing only we don't know which side. Well tell them from me I checked with one I trust and they are in the center. Lie 3 and I am glad I walked. Wont be back did a 1 review only due to fact there is not a 0 and want Chrysler to know how their name on customer service like this is going back in time to the 60's and unacceptable. If a safety concern cannot be voiced and be treated seriously then they need to go out of business.
