Dodge has flashed my Jeep's computer twice due to hard shifting and each time I will be able to drive 8-9K miles with no problems and then the hard shifting up and down the gears will start happening again. It doesn't do it all of the time but when it does it is super annoying. This last time before I took my Jeep in this morning to the dealer it has begun revving up to 5k RPMs and coming back down slowly while driving. Dodge just called at 4pm (had my Jeep since 7:15am) and said that the tech couldn't duplicate the issue in the 12 miles he drove the car and would I please video the shifting the next time it happened. Sure just let me video my car every time I drive so you can still not be able to tell when it is shifting hard.
