Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Throttle position sensor went out again. This time it was off warranty and I had to pay. It's not hard to change, but is getting old.

This was the third time the sensor went out. I had just got to the mall and the engine started chugging. I parked it at the end of the parking lot under a tree. This time I new exactly what the problem was. I removed the sensor. Walked about 2 blocks to the New Dodge Dealership and after they looked up my jeep history, agreed to exchange the part. I walked back to the jeep and installed the new TPS just as my wife had finished shopping. Atleast this dealership was understanding about my problems.

had to replace the plugs again. this time two of them were burnt. I replaced them with Bosch, instead of champions, and haven't had a problem with the plugs since.
