I purchased this vehicle on 10/30. The next day I noticed the headlight was out. Went the following week, waited 4 hours so they could replace a headlight, this was on 11/7. Again 2 days later the headlight went out on both lights. I have been driving around with my high beams on because I need my vehicle for work.
When I finally made an appointment I had to wait 4 weeks. Today I find out that it is my TIPM that needs to be replaced and the warranty I have does not cover it. So I have to pay $895.00 to have it fixed, plus the diagnostic test of $135.00. Are you kidding me? Not only that, the manager has a service man call rather than himself. Give me a break. I will never recommend Jeep Chrysler on Boston Post Road to anyone else in the future. I guess I will continue to drive with my head beams on. Sorry everyone.....
