The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated the air bags warning light illuminated and the horn became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the vehicle was diagnosed with a defective clockspring. The vehicle was not repaired. A dealer was not notified of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however, no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 108,000.

The contact stated that the failure was similar to NHTSA campaign numbers: 13V176000, 11V528000, and 16V288000 (air bags). The failure mileage was 90,000.
