I was informed of safety recall N28 / NHTSA 13V-234 back in July of 2013. I called Jeep directly in order to resolve this recall only to be told there are no parts available at that time.. I called Jeep & my local dealer in August 2013 & still no parts nor a response time... it is now Sept 30, 2013 & I am still being told no updates on when parts will become available... this is extremely concerning & at the same time disturbing..
