Here is another design flaw. There is no difference in the way my car rides after I had it changed to regular suspension. If you really, really want one of these Lincolns, plan to go ahead and replace your intake manifold with an aluminum one, replace your heater core, and change your rear suspension to regular suspension (no air glide). At the very least, this will cost you $2500 on top of what you pay for the car. It does not matter how well it has been cared for. I bought mine from an elderly lady who bought it new. It had 79000 miles on it when I got it. I had to start making repairs in the first 3 months!
