The service of Mercedes - Hartford is terrible. First they charge for diagnosis - $249. A few days later the told me that the problem is with one of the cams - they said the cost is $1200 and I agreed. Two days later, they told me that I need another part, at a cost of $300 - to that, I again agreed. Approximately 5 days later, they called again, informing me that they found that I need replacement of the complete cam system at a cost of $4,000. I told them FORGET IT.

AND THAT HOW WE STAND NOW, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WILL DO. I THINK NOW I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MERCEDES.
