Had to replace the high pressure fuel pump at 64k miles. Car went into limp home mode for no reason, then it began smelling like gas. Had to tow it. $2000 to replace it.

Same thing happened at 134k mile 4 years later on the same exact item. Ridiculous.

C250 Coupe 1.8L

I replaced the high pressure fuel pump on my car once at 64k miles 4 years ago, and a second time at 134k miles recently. Ridiculous to have to replace the same item on the car twice in such a short amount of time, let alone in such a short lifespan.
