I have a C300 that Mercedes Benz advised has recalls on it. Yesterday whole car lit up in red STATING AIRBAG FAILURE. Called them they sent a truck to take it to the dealer. They looked and said they are aware of this problem for two years. Keep stating it is safe. If it is safe why did this car light up AIRBAG FAILURE. I do not feel safe in this car.
They have the responsibility to keep people safe and they know about this problem and are making no attempt to repair under these two recall notices they have sent. Dealer just shook his head, and said they have no parts to fix this problem.
