When I purchased the vehicle, it was at night. I then the next day realized that there were mini cracks in the windshield on the top right-hand side. Mercedes of El Cajon told me that they were going to replace the windshield for me. When I made the appointment to have the windshield fixed by them the windshield had completely cracked all across the front of the windshield. When I got the vehicle back from Mercedes of El Cajon, they charged me $800 to fix windshield that was already cracked when I purchased the vehicle. Now the new windshield has new cracks in it. This is the 5th Mercedes in my family and this windshield situation has never happened to any of them until the 2017 c300 I purchased - and not to mention the Shady dealership I purchased the vehicle from.
