The contact owns a 2002 Mercedes Benz E320. The contact stated that the sun roof was unable to be opened and that the sun roof glass had become indented. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer had been notified of the failure. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V918000 (visibility) for another Mercedes-Benz vehicle which she linked to the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.
