The contact owns a 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. While driving at an unknown speed, the rear of the vehicle felt unsteady. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and it was determined that the connecting rods for the rear suspension needed to be replaced. The dealer informed the contact of NHTSA campaign number: 12V264000 (suspension); however, the vehicle was not included. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
