E350 4-matic V6

2010 Mercedes E350 4-matic with about 78k miles. This is the 4th time and I'm lucky I haven't been killed. I am driving in rush hour traffic going between 30-50 miles per hour. I want to get over a lane and I go to accelerate hard to get into next lane and I have no power. I get an ABS and SRS red code.

I pull over shut off the car and restart it and it is fine. Goes a month or so with no problems and then out of nowhere, it happens again. This is very dangerous and there are many people who have the same issue. I can't believe Mercedes has not recalled this. With all these people having issues, if someone gets hurt from this, Mercedes should be held responsible. This needs to be addressed. It is with all models also. It must have to do with the command center since that is the only thing all these cars have in common. The dealer can't find anything!!!

Please tell me if anyone has a fix for this.
