I was preparing to wash my car and decided to close all the windows, then suddenly there was a loud snap coming from the passenger window I tried closing the window but it seemed stuck. I tried to close the window again but the windows started making weird noises. So I stopped.
I decided to google the issue but couldn't pinpoint the answer. I the decided to just park the car and figured the car would fix itself after a couple of hours... nope. I took the car to the dealership on Monday at around 9am and they told me the regulator on the passenger window had failed and they had to replace the part. They were able to replace the part and get the car out of the service area the same day.
I was able to pay the deductible as the car has an extended warranty but without the warranty, my cost was around $1200.
Moral of the story... DO NOT BUY A MERCEDES WITHOUT WARRANTY AND EXTENDED WARRANTY.
