The contact owns a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLB250. The contact stated while driving at approximately 30 MPH the vehicle had started shaking as if the engine was going to stall. The contact stated the check engine light was illuminated. The contact pulled over and stopped the vehicle, when she restarted the vehicle it had stopped shaking. The contact stated that the vehicle failure had been intermittent but had become a recurring failure and the vehicle had stalled several times. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the fuel injectors and a gas cap needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The contact had researched online and related failure NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V961000 (Fuel System, Gasoline). The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.
