2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC300
TSB Document:
Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE
- Summary
- Mercedes-Benz AG ("MBAG"), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz, has determined that the active engine mounts in certain C-Class (model series 205), E-Class (model series 213), GLC (model series 253), and AMG GT (model series 290) vehicles cannot be energized after a failure of the acceleration sensors. As a result, noises from the rear axle differential would be noticeable. This is why a software update of the AMG drive unit control unit must be performed in the affected vehicles. The work required for this purpose can be found in the attached work description.
