On December 23, while away from home, driving about 40 mph my sunroof exploded on my 2019 GLC 400 with almost 27,000 miles. SO shaken as it sounded like a gunshot. Glass everywhere in my hair, on me, of course throughout car.

Called SOS to report and Mercedes Benz customer care... what a joke! Advised to go to the dealer, Mercedes Benz of West Chester and the service person, who did not even go to look at the car and was less than personable, said that it's not under warranty (though the car is) at current mileage/years. Says it will be $10,484 to repair. I do not want this to go through my insurance and feel with all of the recalls for other C-Class panoramic roofs (17,000), mine should be included. Of course, they tell me they have no rental cars, but that is another story.

MB customer care is a joke! Not worth the time spent talking to them. This fight is not over!
