The contact sustained bruises and soreness around the left elbow, but did not seek medical assistance. A police report was filed. Vehicle loses power, my vehicle stop on the highway going 55 miles per hour, I came very close to being rear ended. My vehicle consumes excessive fuel, the vehicle quicks back upon acceleration. This causes a great concern as I used my vehicle for work. I attempted to have the dealer resolve this and I was told that there was nothing they could do. However, this faulty performance might cause a traffic accident and I could also involve the life of myself or another individual in the vicinity of my vehicle. The vehicle also has a late start which is also a problem while driving. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle as I fear for my life and the life of others.
