My Mercedes GLE 350 AC system has mold, and I am now told that my warranties that I paid extra for will not cover the permanent repair until after Jan. 2021. My daughter and I have a severe mold allergy, and she and my husband are on allergy shots for mold. If I want the issue fixed before Jan. 2021, then I will need to pay $1,500 and then wait until after 2021 for a refund. The smell was there when I bought the 2017 Mercedes, and I took it to a Mercedes dealership within a month of purchasing and paid for new filters then, and since, I have had two oil changes and maintenance appointments where they changed the filters, but now I am told that it needs a complete repair before the mold will ever be removed.

I love my car, but now I have no interest in keeping it because it will end up making my family very sick.
