Seriously not happy about the torque converter going out for the second time within a 14 month period. Of course there were other things that needed to be taken care of which the dealership picked up because this should never happen. Got a loaner for a couple days. Guess they're faster at fixing it since they did it approx. a year ago.

So I looked up the symptoms online and then made an appointment at the dealership. They had to get the parts so I was without my car for 3-4 days. It takes 11 hours of labor to get this part replaced so its fairly significant time. Thank god I had purchased powertrain extended warranty.
