we have 4 2015 Mercedes Sprinter Passenger vans in our fleet. All have heavy water leaking from the rear A/C when its raining. There was a recall for all Sprinters from 2011-2014 because of the same issue. Unfortunately no extension from 2015 onward.
The roof is leaking every time it rains and the water is pouring in every time the vehicle makes a turn. This has ruined the ceiling and the seats. Passengers have gotten soaked and the mildew build up is just disgusting.
