The contact owns a 1999 Mercury Cougar. The contact stated that the sunroof separated from the vehicle, which could cause possible water damage. The dealer and manufacturer were notified, but denied any assistance with repairs of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 135,000 and the current mileage was 139,000. The VIN was unavailable.
