1999 Mercury Grand Marquis which is all digital panel. 15 amp fuse blew out while driving on freeway. Air stopped, no blinkers, direction LED in rear view mirror, digital panel for temp control, etc. Replace the fuse. Everything went back on for about 20 seconds then the fuse blew out again. Not sure if this fuse controls dashboard lighting because it was daytime when it blew. According to others with the same complaint says dealer had no idea what it was. Could it be the wiring???? Please help.
