Headlights and interior lights come on after the vehicle was shut off for a long period of time. Consumer was concerned that the battery system will wear down.

While being parked the headlights will intermittently come on and off without a key being in the ignition. Consumer stated the dealer changed the headlight switch. However, while driving at night the headlights completely went out. The consumer was driving at 65 mph.

When ever the car is drove with its lights on bright, after 5-10 minutes of driving, the lights start to flicker and every thing in the dash goes out along with the lights, which leaves you in total darkness, which is very dangerous when driving at night. So far there has not been any accidents or injuries from this, I would like to know why this happens and how it can be corrected? this does not happen with the dimms on while driving...
