They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact stated when applying brake pressure there was difficulty depressing the brake pedal. She took the vehicle to a certified dealer, who cleaned and resurfaced the rotors multiple times. These repairs have not corrected the problem.

Vehicle steering wheel would vibrate when applying the brakes at 45 mph. Vehicle is at the dealer. The dealer informed the consumer that both front rotors needed to be turned. The consumer is concerned that the rotors are wearing excessively although the vehicle is under 29,000 miles of wears.
