I decided to buy a Mini Cooper S Countryman Model, 2011 Brand New from my friend since three months ago. My friend bought this car in 2012, She imported it from England via Gray Market. This is because I impress and love Mini Cooper Car so much, it is a car of mine and my girlfriend. This car is the first car we are very proud in our lives, and I believe that this Mini Cooper S Countryman Model will be able to provide security to my life when I am driving it.
However, I would like to inform you that my car does not have any problems, it never had any accidents, it never be installed NGV or LPG gas and it never be modified. I always drive as normal, I was driving not over 120/kilometers. When I was driving, there was no alarm for engine trouble. As we always know that this brand of the car has a perfect car's security. It always alert whenever it gets a flat or there is something wrong, so we pretty believe in Mini Cooper until 3 October, 2015.
My girlfriend and I was driving out at 3 p.m. to dress rental shop and noodle restaurant near by our home. We spent time only 5 minutes to reach our destinations. While we was turning into the scene of accident at 3.05 p.m., we have smelt the lead. We have never doubt about this due to there is no any alarms. On account of full parking lot, my girlfriend spent 2 minutes for returning dress while I was stopping the car and waiting for her coming out. Then, I smelt so strong of lead that I cannot breathe but there was no any alarms yet. When my girlfriend came out, she smelt the lead as well and then somebody shout and told me to get out of the car immediately because there was fire on engine room.After that, I suddenly jumped out if the car and ran to in front of the car.
I cannot believe there was fire spark at engine room and it started dense smoke. Therefore, people around there have run for their surviving. As a result of the fire happened so fast, people tried to put out the fire but there was not enough water. So, we resisted the fire for 5-10 minutes and it burned my beloved car very fast. I saw my car was on fire for a half car and the flame had been extending to other shops around there. It is not only me that almost die but also people who live near by there. Finally, I saw my car burned all and damaged many shops as well.
I really did not understand how it can happen though I was stopping the car, I did not start it. Why my car was on fire without causes. So, what can I do is only stand and let my beloved Mini Cooper burned in front of my eyes. Is this the car of my dream? Where is alarm of engine security? It seems to be nightmare that I hardly survive. If something happen with me, who will take this responsibility? For now, Mini Cooper is not a safe car provided of perfect security for me anymore. I feel very bad with this accident. I wold like to inform that your car is not provided security for people's lives and people's assets. There are a lot of evidences and witnesses, many people saw my car was on fire itself. The accident like this is not happened only with me but also many people faced it.
Therefore, I would like you, British Motor Corporation to take responsibility for my damage both for my life and my assets. This is because I almost die in fire if there is nobody shout at me about fire, I may burned together with my car.
