MINIof mt. Laurel (1311 NJ-73, mt. Laurel, New Jersey) was made aware of the fire. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 18V248000 (engine and engine cooling) a year and a half after the failure occurred. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
