The sensor seems to be broken in the passenger seat. The seat belt and air bag lights come on frequently whether there is someone in the seat or not. I had it diagnosed and was told I need to replace the seat at a cost of approximately $2K. This seems like a safety defect and should be covered by the manufacturer as a lot of people are having the same issue.
