They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. While driving shifter button broke and the vehicle could not shift out of drive. Consumer stuck a screw driver where the button was to get the vehicle to shift into park. Vehicle was towed to the dealer, who fixed the shifter.
