Helpful Websites About 2002 Pontiac Aztek won't start in warm weather
2006May 02

- 75,860 miles
In warm weather ( 70 +) the vehicle will not re-start after running well. It may take hours of waiting before it will start. The vehicle has been in the dealers' shop 5 times since 6/05, and the same condition still exists. The dealer leaves the vehicle in the shop overnight, and it starts in the morning. He has replaced the starter and filters, but has not determined the actual source of the problem. At this rate, the warranty will expire without correcting the problem. Any ideas?

The car stalls all the time. When its hot it will only run for about 10 miles before the stall. On days over 80 it will stall with in 5 miles. No one can re-create the problem. Then the car will start after it sits for an hour or so. No one can fix the problem. Its been hell for us. Sunk a lot of money into no cure.
