SL1 1.9L

The car has two problems check engine light and wheel bearings The computer temp is set to high and must be set to a lower temp say 120 f. that takes care of the engine light. Wheel bearings are just a poor design so get use to changing them often! I have over 225000 on the car now and the 1.9L engine only loses one quart to about 1000 miles.

check engine light goes on & stays lit, then it'll go off for who knows how long, then it'll go on again 4 who knows how long, well you get the idea, very annoying, had it cked., mechanic said it's a short in the wiring, all my family has had different models & yrs. of saturn cars & they've all done this, a total of about 4 different cars
