Car brakes don't work when temperature drops below 10 degrees F. When I pull out, the brakes won't work fully until 5 minutes into the drive. I will depress the brakes, but they only work slightly. It takes about 10 times the distance to stop. Mechanic could not replicate as the weather got warmer. This happened several times last year and is starting again this winter.
