I brought the vehicle to a Subaru dealership. The head mechanic test drove it with myself along. He said he sees what I am experiencing, but there is no fix for it. The violant aggressive steering issue is worse when driving in a curve. The issue is still even worse the higher the speed driven. When it try's to "correct" the lane, you have to have a very tight grip on the steering wheel. It's like hitting a patch of ice in the winter. The service tech asked if it was like a patch of ice when driving. It was obvious that mine was not the first to have this dangerous problem. But when I asked about it, they wouldn't answer if others had this issue.
