I stopped at a gas station on my way home one night. When I started my car to get back on the road I noticed my headlights didn't work! I had to run high beams the rest of the way home. I was glad I was only a mile from home, but the other drivers I met didn't appreciate it. Then when a mechanic friend of mine went to replace the headlight bulbs he had to take the whole front end off the car to do it! Which is highly ridiculous!!
Changing any bulb in your vehicle shouldn't take tearing down your vehicle to do it. Auto makers should think more about the convenience of the car owners!!
