1 hour late to pick up granddaughter, because the key would not turn in the ignition. This happens approximately 5 times per week. Really annoying. Foot is on the brake, car is in park, everything is being done correctly but the key will not turn in the ignition, it is stuck in the off position.

Upon calling and asking the dealership about this, they said it wasn't their problem and to fix it would mean to buy a new ignition. The car was 3 weeks old when we contacted them. We didn't even want to buy the car to begin with, we hated it, but the dealer literally wouldn't leave because they took our car keys to appraise our car and wouldn't give them back.

It is truly a terrible car. Very difficult to get in and out of for people young and old, and it is uncomfortable, and the cloth seats stain if you look at them. All of our cars in the past had cloth seats in the past and these seats are the only ones that stain this bad. Also, we asked the dealer to install heated seats and a remote start system in the car for free, which they did, but they sent the car to a 3rd party place, rather than having Subaru do it because it would cost the DEALER less money. They didn't tell us about this before hand.

Also, this car was in the showroom, and when we were about to take the car home, we noticed a fairly large scratch on it, (probably because it was in the showroom) and the dealer said that it was our problem because we signed the papers and they refused to do anything about it. We hate this car completely.

We bought it because the dealer told us $200/month and wouldn't let us leave, in reality we are paying $450 per month because they threw in a whole bunch of fees they didn't tell us about, and we can barely afford to pay the car payment on a car that we hate, and bought because we were pressured so much. This isn't me just angry about the dealer, if the dealer offered us one for free, we would turn it down. The car is terrible, and now we are stuck with it. Save yourself, don't buy this car.
