Bought this car with 130,000 miles and was surprised when I noticed that the doors don't automatically lock when the car is moving. All the other cars I have had since 1994 lock when either the parking brake is released or the Car is put in gear and starts to move.
The dealer said that 2006 Subaru Outback have the door lock auto locking feature but they couldn't get it to work and they called the factory to get a fix. Has anyone one else had this problem if so how was it fixed?
