When driving in the city or on the freeway vehicle would bottom out if the pavement has cracks/bumps or holes in it. Took to dealership & mechanic indicated problem due to poor design. Also, due to being in an accident. Owner never been in an accident to cause this type of problem. The owner says vehicle would not bottom out because it was built too low.
