Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Vehicle went in for service 3 weeks before problem. After a while felt car was overheating, although indicator showed normal. After taking in car for a check, on the way back home driving temperature gauge shot up and switched engine off immediately. Got car towed back and Volvo Dealer said a hose had blown which drained all coolant out of car, and lead to overheating engine. Engine block was warped, which meant a replacement - AARGHHH. 1 month after a general service! What irritated me is that as we saw temp go up we shut down the engine right away, but it still got warped.. VERY expensive problem...
