This car uses fuel like a large SUV. Which would not be so bad I suppose if that is what Volvo's official fuel economy estimates claim. Volvo appears to lie in its claimed stats. It is so bad (about 50% worse than claimed by volvo) that I thought something was wrong. Volvo service checked and said the car is working as expected. Volvo corporate refused to do anything about their dishonest advertising and performance misrepresentation.
It is environmentally irresponsible and ethically questionable for volvo to be faking or misrepresenting the fuel economy of its cars. Don't support a company like this.
