Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2007 Volvo V70. While driving approximately 25-30 mph, the vehicle would suddenly turn off without warning. The vehicle would restart once stopped and placed in park. The vehicle was taken in for service three times. The first time the vehicle was taken to an auto shop to be serviced for the recall, and the last two times it was taken to the dealer; however, the failure could not be identified. The current mileage was 33,000 and failure mileage was 26,162.
