- This is a Technical Journal: Software download fails. If you receive this error message during a software download, use the Advanced Test function in the VIDA Software tab to read out the part number and serial number of the IHU. If the IHU indicates part number "0" and serial number "0000FFFFFFFF" the IHU must be replaced.
