TSB Document:
Affected Component: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:SOFTWARE
- Summary
- Service Action: Program Variable Damper Control (VDC) Unit. Unfavorable tolerances for the plug-in connections of the wheel acceleration sensors may result in fault code memory entries and the VDC being deactivated. If the VDC control unit identifies an implausable value from one of the wheel acceleration sensors, the VDC will be deactivated and the driver is informed by a Check Control message. The vehicle then defaults to the conventional suspension.
