Was told I need a new "cluster", part not in stock, ordered and replaced then trip odometer would not work. New cluster ordered and replaced, trip odometer would not work. Made another appt, dealership decided they just needed to "reprogram" cluster. Now, when I take my key out the message center displays a red battery and the odometer stay on with no keys in the vehicle. Now, they said that this would not have anything to do with replacing cluster... ADVICE?
