We were on or way to dinner up hill when the engine in the truck did start making a knocking noise. We got to the side of the road and when we got out of the truck we had that funny smell coming out under the hood. We pull it to the Champion dealer service department and they said the engine was dead, for a hose connector that it broke and that was not under any warranty. So we do not know what to do a new engine is $8000.00 and we still paying for it. What a mess! A PLASTIC CONNECTOR AND A FAULTY HEAT SENSOR ON A $30,000 TRUCK. SHAME ON GM AND CHEVROLET.

Colorado LT 3.7L V5

While driving up mountain highway, truck displayed "engine hot" and AC Off, I immediately pulled over. Saw heater hose broke off, had husband come, had to drive 40 min. to dealer to get new connecter, which was cheap plastic that broke off in hose. Lost all anti-freeze. Had to get towed, this ordeal took 7 hours.

Once again Colorado costs time and money. Thanks Chevy for the cheap parts, you have lost your quality and integrity. Won't be buying Chevy again.
