A few weeks ago I noticed that my back defroster was not working. Before I left for work on Friday, February 19th, I started my a car to warm it up. My husband usually put it in the garage, but the night before he left it outside. After about 5 minutes of letting the car run, I noticed that the back window defrost was already defrosted. It was about 18 degrees. I was about 2 minutes from work and I heard this loud boom. The whole back window had exploded into a million pieces. Could it be that the defroster over heated?
Is there anyone else who has ever heard of this happening????
