problem #3

Jan 092012

Impala LT 6 cyl. 3.9L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 79,688 miles

My dream car is now a pain in the ass after a recall for hose that was defective( after I had replaced twice) they would only pay for 1 replacement of defective CHEVY PART. Now I am losing fluid and have no clue where it is going. It is knocking every time you turn the wheel!

My car is a Chevy certified car with a warranty but nothing seems to be covered since the dealer says its not even though I have the paper work! I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY A CHEVY CAR AGAIN WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE! and this car was not cheap and I still am paying on it and it's repairs!

Impala LS 3.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 38,000 miles

ISS needed to be replaced. Car is barely driven, low miles...very disappointing. This was not covered under my so called platinum extended warranty. Cost me about $500 to fix.

This is a common problem and will most likely occur in ALL GM W-body cars (Grand Prix, Impala, Intrigue, Regal, Lacrosse)
