- 2015 GMC Yukon: gmc magnetic ride control is very rough (1 complaints) GMC should be ashamed to call this its "luxury" ride system. This is my wife's daily kid mobile and I drive a Ford F350 Dually that rides better than her $75,000.00 GMC Denali with its "luxury" ride system - which, by the way, costs $3000.00 to replace. It doesn't take much searching on Google to see that no one feels happy or agrees with GMC that this is a luxury ... read more »

- 2008 Toyota Prius: catalytic converter stolen (1 complaints) My 2008 Prius was parked overnight on the street, and the catalytic converter was stolen. According to the dealer and news reports, the Prius is a common target for this, the expense to fix is quite high, and Toyota USA has done nothing to address the issue. It appear that Toyota UK also has this problem and has attempted to help address the issue. I called Toyota USA to ask about the problem with catalytic converters being stolen from Toyota Prius cars and was told THAT THEY ARE UNAWARE OF THIS PROBLEM. I'm ... read more »
- 2005 Chrysler Pacifica: engine cradle rot (16 complaints) I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from Prime Auto Sales on 10/19/18 for $4573.13. ON 8/24/19 I took the vehicle to Midas to have brakes installed on the vehicle. Midas did not even want to put the brakes on the car, because they say the car is unsafe to drive. They informed me that the engine cradle is completely rusted out and I should not drive the vehicle. They told me that it is illegal for a dealership to sell unsafe vehicles with this much frame damage. This is not something that happens overnight. Midas ... read more »
- 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan: brakes squealing (16 complaints) I fix my van engine in September last year, expensive at 2300, then I put brakes in January 2019, cost was 560 in brakes, rotors, calipers and flush brake fluid in August. And now I need more money - it's a bad brake computer or master cylinder said my mechanic. Why is there no RECALL about? The other problems - misfire engine is bad last year because has it had bad water pump. Not ... read more »
- 2019 GMC Sierra 2500: underbody rust (1 complaints) Wonder how long that tie rod is going to last. ????? Just a couple of pictures out of many. Several parts throughout underbody with surface rust. I am sure GMC will say it is "normal" and not included under their corrosion warranty. Doesn't seem normal to me. read more »
- 2011 Kia Optima: A/C blow hot air when vehicle is at a stop (1 complaints) The A/C is cold while I am driving. However when I am at a stop sign, the AC compressor quits and the AC blows hot air. I talked with Kia regarding this. The service manager said the Optima electric compressors have been having valve issues, which may intermittently make it seem warmer than what is set. I changed the Control Valve and it solved the ... read more »
- 2010 Mazda MAZDA3: driver seat bracket seems broken (1 complaints) I took my Mazda to the Mazda dealership in San Francisco CA. I told them of my problem and the reported recall that was done on for the very same issue that I was dealing with. They hemmed and hawed around, and in short held on to my car for almost 2 months before they fixed it. Well... reported they fixed it. Two weeks later it broke again. I have been dealing with it ever since and I am just tired of it. I just do not want to deal with that again and have to fight them to fix something I feel should be covered ... read more »
- 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee: active head restrain deploys unexpectedly (9 complaints) Months ago my active headrest deployed while sitting in a parking lot. This is a major problem with this vehicle. I was one of the lucky ones and Jeep did pay to replace the headrest. However, recently the plastic clips on the back rest of the same (passenger) seat have failed and come apart and Jeep is telling me that they may or may not pay for it. This is incredible. A recall needs to be issued as this is a safety hazard. It's only a matter of time before this happens on the drivers side too. How many ... read more »

- 2018 Hyundai Tucson: shutdown while driving (3 complaints) Well, here we go again, the same problem that occurred the 2nd day of ownership crops up again 33,335 mile later and under almost the same driving conditions. This situation occurs while in motion, at random and can be very dangerous if in heavy traffic on the highway. Lost of all electrical systems while driving without producing a computer code is now turned into a mystery on how to fix the problem by the dealer. Or is it? Upon investigating the problem more on the internet, this time I am finding that Hyundai ... read more »
- 2013 Nissan Quest: transmission failure (2 complaints) Although this particular CVT appears to have lasted longer than most Nissan CVT failures in other "models", making it to 121,000 miles, despite proper care/maintenance with modern vehicles this still seems LOW compared to most other "makes" and transmission types. There is apparently some inherit problems with this particular ... read more »
- 2012 Infiniti QX56: catalytic converter failure (1 complaints) I just bought the car from Carmax in April 2019. I returned the car on August 24th of 2019. I had the car checked out at Infiniti prior to purchasing. It cost $125 for a diagnostic check. Fast forward to late July, when the car starts to knock. I thought it was because I put in regular gas instead of premium. I took it to Infiniti again, and they did not see a problem. Charged $125 again for a diagnostic check. The very next day the engine light comes on. I put an engine cleaner hoping to take care of it. No, ... read more »

- 2008 Mercedes-Benz B200T: problem suspension from the beginning (1 complaints) This is the worst car I’ve ever owned. I thought I was buying a good vehicle, and I promised to take care of it and I have followed all the regulations that Mercedes determined in the regular maintenance in my car. When I took it to the dealer, it cost me a bomb the first time to have it serviced so I went to an independent garage. My garage mechanic told me right away that there were serious problems with the suspension systems on the B 200s. I was hoping nothing bad would happen. And I had major transmission ... read more »
- 2017 Ram 1500: fuel sensor failure (1 complaints) I purchased this truck new and can't even get the RAM dealer in Warrenton Virginia to return a phone call. Safford Ram is the worst car dealer I have ever done business with. It is totally unacceptable that these fuel sensors go out at only 39,000 miles. It's also unacceptable that this issue has been going on for many years and FCA has not addressed it. Ram use to sell just the sensor but decided NOW that people with this issue have to purchase the entire pump assembly!!! FCA are CROOKS, their dealers are CROOKS ... read more »
- 2018 Hyundai Tucson: shutdown while driving (3 complaints) I had the car for approximately 2 days. I was driving the car at night when the entire interior of the car became dim, and the electrical system failed all together, so I rolled to a stop placed the car in park and restarted the vehicle. I drove approximately 3 minutes more and it happened again. I restarted the vehicle. The car went in for servicing the following day. The service manager said that there were no codes, it must have been a loose wire or ground and they returned the vehicle. Now almost 10 months ... read more »
