No calls with updates on this vehicle, at this point. Called Honda service and talked with the person who answered the phone, and she was no help at all. She told me she would send my complaint to a higher person and they will be in touch within a week, and there is ... read more »

By the grace of God traffic from both directions stopped for us. Had to shift into park and back into drive. Next day same thing happened and then it felt like the transmission fell out. The only gear that worked was reverse. Luckily this time I had just pulled out of driveway and could safely get van home to be towed. - 2019 Chevrolet Trax: coolant ingestion/head-gasket/engine failure (1 complaints) Bought the Trax (1.4L turbo) with 81k miles. Soon after, it ran rough and hesitated after refueling. My mechanic said the radiator was leaking so I keep topping off. They mentioned a Chevy special-coverage bulletin that was related. Kept adding coolant for ~2 years; consumption was high and rough running got worse. Eventually a dealer replaced evap emissions purge valve under special coverage N212338400. I had to continuously change the gear to maintain the 35 mph. When I got home I called the dealership and was told they would come pick it up and fix it. When it was time to pick up my car.
