I was involved in an accident with my new 2007 Chevy Impala. I T-Boned a van at 40 mph and the air bags did not deploy nor did the OnStar feature call me to ask if I was okay. Instead I had to regain consciousness and then call On Star to state that I was hurt and ask for help. What is wrong with this scenario?! I've called my local dealerships in this area and everyone said that the air bag should not have deployed according to their opinion. I would like to see their family in the front seat at the time of the accident and tell me that again.
