There is nothing wrong with the alignment or tires and I've had the sockets checked, but the lights flicker or bounce when I am driving. It almost seems as though the headlights are loose. Is anyone else having this problem?
We have partnered with JustAnswer to offer online auto repair help and advice from expert professional automotive technicians. You describe your lights problem or ask your question and they try to help you figure it out. The fee is typically $9 to $15, but you can offer to pay more for really tough questions. The lights seem to bounce - especially seen at 55mph or higher. Quite annoying - and haven't found a solution yet.
Update from May 26, 2009: The headlights would constantly bounce with every variation of the road surface. Finally, almost a year later, and after several trips to the mechanic, a mechanic bent the tabs on the headlamp assembly that fit into the frame, creating a tighter fit and the problem is solved. What a relief!
